The Jaguar Cougar Xk 3.8 S

Jaguar Cougar — The spirit of the British roadster, the nobility of the XK engine.

The Jaguar Cougar expresses a singular vision of British sports car design: an open body with evocative lines reminiscent of the racing cars of old, a tubular chassis and Jaguar mechanics. Its long bonnet, distinctive wings and rear-facing cabin form an instantly recognizable silhouette. Designed by Rick Stevens, the Cougar combines the mechanical qualities of classic Jaguars with a lightweight architecture designed to put driving sensations at the forefront.

The example presented by The A, a 1967 vintage, stands out particularly from the rare Kougar available with its Jaguar XK 3.8 litre S engine..

This six-cylinder inline engine with double overhead camshafts belongs to one of the most emblematic mechanical families in British automotive history. Its flexibility, character and sound take on a special dimension in a roadster that is so lightweight.

Originating from a confidential artisanal production of approximately 200 pieces, the Kougar is aimed at the collector who seeks an expressive and unusual automobile, combining presence, mechanical heritage, and driving pleasure.

10,227 miles. Same family since 2007.

Important dossier, photographs and video available on request.
